Project Cafe is Now Closed for Fall 2011 to Jackson and Owsley County Residents

Project Cafe recently won an award through Connect Kentucky for being a part of key technology initiatives in the Commonwealth! Jackson and Owsley County Residents may now apply for a low interest loan to obtain a home computer and high speed Internet access through Project CAFÉ (Computers are for Everyone). The program is a partnership between Peoples Rural Telephone Cooperative (PRTC), Jackson County Schools, and Jackson County Bank.
